The celebration of this phenomenon has been organised by a small committee of local people in the Linguan Valley for several years – the Caiseal Conservation Committee.

"I used to teach various languages and after a point I decided that I must have a space of my own and for others like me, a space where cultures can come together and refresh one another with new ideas," she adds.
